How we deliver the Business Simulation
The Storewars program is designed to fit your company’s needs.
Prior to running the program, we explore particular aspects relevant to your business and identify the shifts in behavior needed for achieving your objectives.
The agenda is tailored to meet these goals. In addition to the business simulation itself, there is time allocated for lectures, workshops, case studies or corporate presentations that provides a good opportunity to outline new strategies or sales and marketing initiatives.
Soon after completion we will conduct a follow-up review to assess how well the goals have been met and the extent to which the desired shifts in behavior have been achieved.
Learning sessions linking the virtual decisions to the real world are interspersed throughout the program and are customized to deal with any live issues the client needs to address.
These participative discussions are led by an expert in the subject. If appropriate this may be a speaker from inside your business or an external specialist from our pool of experienced marketers and academics.
The composition of the program is flexible. There are 3 main possibilities: a corporate course for a single company, a multi company program and open course. The choice of scenario depends on a company's objective and on the number of people that it wishes to send on the course.
