Personnel assesment

Storewars simulation can be used as a personnel assessment tool, since participants usually behave very differently under stress in the simulation environment and there is a possibility for HR to watch their delegates during the program. Although Storewars hasn’t been designed for assessment purposes it can be used a unique platform for personnel assessment. We had a few cases when our clients had HR representative in each break out room during the 4 day course: they were listening and making notes on how delegates discuss problems, make decisions, run negotiations. It is standard practice for Storewars facilitators to prepare a feedback about each of the delegates after the program: we prepare accurate assessment of participants’ analytical skills, communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership and team work abilities, and many others. Moreover, on the client’s request we can use our new complex assessment system that is much more complicated and professional, but it requires additional recourses and we offer that as an extra service.
